"We got a pair of these insoles to put in my 13 year olds baseball cleats. As soon as put them in and stood up he had a grin on his face and said it was like his shoes were propelling his next step. He has kept them in for about 2 months now and still how they make it feel easier to sprint around. They have been especially helpful when he plays catcher and is squatting down for half the game and has to stand up after most every pitch. Will definitely be getting a larger pair when he outgrows these."
