"These insoles have been great in both my son's and my (New Balance) baseball turf shoes. He's suffered with some growth-related heel pain that has subsided while using these. While much less performance-based, I've noticed great comfort using them in mine while coaching. I'd give high marks for feel and durability, and noticed a marked difference the moment we switched them from the factory default insoles."

"This insole definitely adds some spring to your step but there is no heel cup or arch support (it's pretty much flat) so my foot slides around on it quite a bit. It would be more comfortable and offer more energy return for me if it was better contoured to the bottom of my foot."
