Additionally, it's recommended that you remove the existing insole your shoes and measure those to ensure you're picking the best size per the inches/centimeters listed. That way, there's no guessing which size is best! Note, that the letter in the chart is what you will see on the insole foam.

Our insoles are incredibly versatile and can be seamlessly integrated into a wide range of shoe types, including sneakers, boots, and dress shoes.
